Fully Catered Packages

Lox Lane is an ideal place for you to host your event or ministry. We have a wide variety of groups using our facilities, from Alpha days to song writing workshops, leaders’ meetings to prayer retreats – we can accommodate your need.

With overnight accommodation for up to 45 people and 3 large well equipped meeting rooms to choose from, complete with drinks facilities and other smaller rooms for ‘breakout’ sessions, Lox lane is the perfect venue.

Bedrooms

We can accommodate up to 45 people staying in a mix of twin, double, single and a family room. All rooms are en-suite, with all linen and towels provided and complimentary tea and coffee. 

Meeting rooms

It is a versatile venue with 3 large well equipped meeting rooms to choose from complete with drinks facilities. We can accommodate approximately 80 people in the largest meeting room and approximately 20 in our Upper Room and 30 in the Farmhouse Garden Room.

There are also 2 smaller rooms for ‘breakout’ sessions, the Library and the Farmhouse sitting room

Wi-Fi and PA

There is free wi-fi access throughout the whole complex.

All of the 3 meeting rooms have multimedia capabilities (please contact us before you arrive to confirm specifics). The main meeting room has a full PA system and a projector.

Catering 

When catering for a group our kitchen produces a continental breakfast, and a set lunch and set evening meal. They will do their best to cater for any essential dietary requirements, for example, gluten free, dairy free. They can also provide individual guests with a vegetarian alternative if booked in advance. Meals are prepared in a kitchen where nuts and other allergens are used.

Meals times will be discussed when you booked but are usually be served at 7pm on the first evening and then 8.30am, 1pm and 7pm.

Cooked breakfasts can be added for an extra charge. And we are happy to discuss in more detail how we can serve you best.
