Bedrooms

We can accommodate up to 45 people staying in a mix of twins, doubles, singles and a family room. All rooms are en-suite, with all linen and towels provided and complimentary tea and coffee. 

Meeting rooms

It is a versatile venue with 3 large well equipped meeting rooms to choose from complete with drinks facilities. There are also 2 smaller rooms for ‘breakout’ sessions. 

We can accommodate approximately 80 people in the largest meeting room and approximately 20 in our Upper Room’ and 30 in the Farmhouse Garden Room.

Wi-Fi and PA

There is free wi-fi access throughout the whole complex.

All of the 3 meeting rooms have multimedia capabilities (please contact us before you arrive to confirm specifics). The main meeting room as a full PA system and a projector.

Easy Access

The majority of our rooms are at ground level and so easily assessable for everyone.

15 Courtyard bedrooms, the main meeting room, the Library, 2 Farmhouse bedrooms and the public rooms on the ground floor of the Farmhouse, including the Garden room. The Dining room has a ramp well as steps for access. 

The only exceptions are the 5 bedrooms on the first floor of the Farmhouse and our ‘Upper room’ reached by a flight of stone steps.

We have one double ground floor bedroom in the Farmhouse which has an easy access en-suite bathroom.

Unit 3 in the Courtyard, which has a double & single bedroom, also has an easy access bathroom.

Recreational activities

The farm is set within 6 acres of land, so there is a lot of space to stroll around the paths and enjoy God’s creation. There is a bird hide for the keen wildlife spotters: if you’re lucky, you might see the barn owl! We also have a volleyball net, BBQ, and plenty of space for ball games.

Food

We offer a self-catered package for groups of up to 20 guests, or we can offer a fully catered package for groups of 15+. Our Caterer produces delicious traditional dishes, generous portions and amazing desserts. She does her best to cater for all dietary needs, as long as she knows ahead of time.

Train: We are 10 minutes from Gillingham (Dorset) train station. Taxis are available at the station
